I ordered items but unfortunately I had to return them because the fit was all wrong I wasn't properly refunded so I called to resolve
I was told I wasn't getting a full refund. WTF

I purchased boots from @amazon & I returned them. I left a review & it didn't meet the guidelines to be posted. They were allegedly brand new but the heels were worn, the box had a piece of wrapping paper still taped to the box & some of the original packaging was missing. WTF
