Lower body power + explosiveness today. Focused on rate of force production, unilateral strength, reactive ability, and posterior-chain development.

Started with split squats, split-stance jumps & high-knee holds for unilateral strength, stability, and force production. Then moved into clean pulls, depth jumps & pogo hops to develop explosiveness and reactive strength. Finished with RDLs, triple broad jumps & hamstring curls for posterior-chain strength and horizontal power

Projectable frame with crazy pop. Barber gets all of this one sending it to the wall in right center for a rbi triple.

Barber absolutely crushes this one to the deepest part of the field for a bomb. Great backside power with a good frame.
