Dear @BorisJohnson Dominic Cummings has angered a Nation. He is not coming back from that and neither is anyone who twists the truth to support him. Can you deal with it please. We have big stuff to deal with.
Dear @BorisJohnson you have tried but it’s still not going away. You need to get a grip on this now. That’s what a leader is supposed to do. Sort it and move on... as opposed to just move on.
My subscription to the @Conservatives is overdue. After watching the leader of the party on tv tonight it may be overdue for a little longer. I have been a party member for 55 yrs and sat on the Conservative benches in the Commons for 18 yrs. Heavy heart and sorely disappointed
Never seen Twitter so united - journalists, pundits, politicians, celebrities & the public all ENRAGED by what they just heard, regardless of their political persuasion.
We all know people who've lost loved ones & couldn't be there for them because they obeyed the rules.
The only way this situation will change is if Conservative voters start letting their MPs know that they will not stand for this
If that includes you, please tweet your MP tonight with the hashtag #NotInMyName
The health of this country really does depend on it

A year ago we lost Judith Kerr. In case anyone thinks over-60s are dispensable: she published 10 picturebooks over the age of 80, had her first number 1 bestseller at the age of 93, and with it raised £1.5m for Save the Children's Literacy Fund. And she made every day joyous.
Tonight’s @STVNews, from a cold and very wet Ayr, will melt your heart.
Little Ethan was inspired by @captaintommoore to cycle 100 miles to raise money for the NHS - cheered on by his hero @chrishoy.
He proves that the darkest of times can ignite the brightest humanity. 💛
Why does an army veteran who spent a decade in the British army, and has lived here for years paying taxes and national insurance, have to pay £27,000 in NHS bills, after an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour?
