@elonmusk Notice a pattern: anything that helps people build wealth, learn faster, and make better decisions gets attacked by radical Leftist like Sanders and AOC. Why? Because independent, informed people are harder to control. Poverty and dependency are political leverage.
6/ This needs urgent attention before it becomes a major consumer-protection issue. Unclear cancellation paths and misleading support guidance could expose ChatGPT/OpenAI to lawsuits, refunds, overdraft claims, and settlements.
1/ @elonmusk Attached screenshots show I asked ChatGPT how to cancel my subscription and it repeatedly sent me to the wrong place. I was charged anyway and my account over drafted, before I could figure out the right path.
5/ This raises a serious question: is this an intentional misleading process that makes it harder for people to unsubscribe, or a major internal failure that urgently needs to be fixed? My logic leans toward an intentional misleading process that needs to be addressed immediately
