Disappointing experience with @AnkerOfficial support. Bought the 250W Anker Prime Pro+. There is no support for this in the global Anker app but the charger connects fine to the Anker Chinese app. Numerous people facing this issue in Reddit. Support asking to "claim warranty" 😂
