Sent my 15 year old, 14 year old and 11 year old on the plane and left my son and wife behind. The three of us took a rental car to Denver with the help of a friend on a 3 day drive in this weather. One last detail I forgot is that the lady I described also pulled my son from the

To get to Maryland we take another 30+ hour ride in a car to get to Denver. I didn't want to have to put myself in such trouble so I told her and the police everything about my son. That he will cry and yell if we keep putting a mask on him. They didn't allow it. eventually i

She eventually did because we wouldn't get off for such a reason. She caused lots of embarrassment and had everyone get of the plane and had police standing outside. Fortunately nothing worse happened with the police but she suggested that after the 20+ hours we took on a plane -

We continue explaining as she says she'll call someone to talk to us about this. She calls in (description: white female who was wearing jeans,had blonde hair,ponytail and was wearing neon vest) she said will have to get off the plane or she'll have to call the police.-

The plane with us because he doesn't have a mask on. Another add on is that we came from sudan on vacation though EgyptAir twice and we were not stopped in this sort of way. I say my son has special needs, can't communicate, and has Autism. She still denied him getting on with us

At the airport we we're waiting at section C13 for our flight to Denver that morning at about 6-7 am. Mind you we're a family of 6 who are POC. As we boarded the plane we were stopped by a flight attendant who tells me that my 8 year old disabled son can't board

On February 16 of this month I booked a plane ticket with Southwest International Airport in Baltimore, Maryland. We've flew with Southwest a few times but this was probably my worst experience.
