An observation from comments following the release of my farmland value studies last year.
The farmers receptive to the concept that farmland can drop 50% or more are 60 years of age and over.
The people who dismiss the concept, started farming or investing in farmland after 2007.
Canada needs to wake up!!

....nobody I know has plugged in an EV yet.
No new power plants are being built...anywhere!
