I started filtering leads by the problem, not just the industry.

The list got smaller.

The conversations got sharper.

Now close to the one who says “yes.”

The more businesses I look at, the easier it gets to spot who actually needs what I’m building.

My account issue finally got fixed, so we’re back.

I’m also switching things up:

Cold emails → LinkedIn warm outreach.

Let’s see if this gets me to $1 faster. 👀

Find a lead. Dig through their business. Look for the problem. Decide if my agent actually makes sense.

Did the same thing today.

Still no shortcuts.
