How come everyone working at the @united hotline for baggage tracing has a different status on my lost bag? We were wasting time sitting at home waiting for the bag to be delivered all day yesterday and today when we called for an update they tell us they can’t locate it?

Tried calling every number we found for either #MunichAirport or #UnitedAirlines and no one can locate a bag that was supposedly at the airport since Sunday, after being lost on a flight from San Francisco. The bag was at Munich airport just yesterday and now lost again?! HOW?
