After a short 2.5 month battle with ALS, I have lost my Poppy. Although my world and soul have been shattered, I know I will find him in every lifetime I live and that gives me comfort. If you haven’t, I encourage you to read up on ALS - it’s statistics, funding and resources.

@kwetoday We had our French bulldog tear hers 2 years ago at the age of 2 (slipped on ice). She was on rest for 3-4 weeks. Harness and leash on her in the house. It’s like it never happened, she’s fine & no issues. She is a very rambunctious and wild girl.

Thanks to @GOtransit after a TWO hour delay (train broke down), we were told our train was not moving and to consider other methods of transportation. The minute I sat down in my $40 uber the train moved along!!!! What a fabulous $50 commute!

Dog owner rant: if I say “no thanks” to you asking if your lunging dog can come say hi, do not let your dog off its leash. Don’t get mad either when I put my knee up as your dog jumps on us (who was laying between my legs because she was scared) 🫠
