@nsandihelp We have tried that and they told us the same things you have. And another one we tried was just an automated number which we had no luck with. Unless there is a different number for technical team to speak to someone directly?

@nsandihelp Hi. We are trying to log on to our ns&i account. We are using google chrome and have tried 3 devices as well as apple iphone and an android device. Keeps throwing us back out and back to log in page after entering passcode to authenticate device. Can you help? Thanks
