@ReadTurnOffNews @GeorgeBrauchler yes, sending emails, standing outside with a sign, letters that no one sees are good when board members are open and receptive to input from teachers input about an issue. but the action taken by members of the board did not give teachers an opportunity to do that.

@GeorgeBrauchler they are also people who work at a job. they are free to quit at anytime if they find a better working environment. i hope we, as parents, help to make dougco an environment where teachers feel supported and not publically shamed by parents.
