@n1amhy_ it’s so frustrating, the exam system is so broken. our year always seems to be used as a benchmark for the years after , raising grade boundaries so we can get back to normal after covid , hope are still able to do what you’d want to do x
i’m still not over how i achieved consistent a’s and b’s in psychology for the full 2 years while being at sixth form to then come out with a c but then achieve b’s for english lang and law which are two subjects i CRIED about. #alevels2022
to say the exam boards promised us a fair marking system, it’s so disheartening knowing the inconsistency due to covid and the 6-7 hours of revision i did each day for a subject hasn’t paid off. i never want to be associated with aqa ever again .
i still got into uni so i am rly happy but i don’t for one minute think that a c is a fair representation of the 2 years i spent putting in constant hard work and resillience. the exam system is so wrong and it’s so sad we’re graded on our academic skills based on 2-3 exams.
