8. add weight until failure
9. put data in matlab plot
10. rinse and repeat with two layers and two layers coated in ganache
11. eat vast amount of cake in one sitting
12 (optional). dispair over matlab plot, wish you’d gathered more data

brief run down of method:
1. bake cake
2. set up testing station (two glasses and a bag of rice 🙃)
3. cut test pieces into bars
4. weigh and calculate second moment of area
5. use rice as weight to deform cake bar
6. measure central deflection
7. pour over HLT for equations
