A quick search of the CAC portal shows no results for 'Elles Luxewig', indicating that it most likely a fraudulent business. I'm wondering how they were able to open a corporate account at @MoremoneeBank without the relevant documents. This does not look good for More Money MFB.

@MoremoneeBank I got scammed by your customer. On August 8, 2024, I came across a page on Instagram, @ellesluxewigs, a hair vendor with over 3k followers. I sent a message informing the page owner that I wanted to purchase a 26-inch bouncy hair for 350k.

@MoremoneeBank I asked them to send me the weigh-bill number since it’s GUO, and they responded that it wasn’t GUO but DHL. I was furious and asked why they used DHL when I specifically asked for GUO. They apologised for that and said they would cover the parcel sum of 6,500

@MoremoneeBank I paid for the hair and was told that it would be delivered the next day, August 9. I specifically said they should send it using GUO logistics.
I sent a message the next day to confirm if my hair had been sent out, and they responded yes.

@MoremoneeBank Today, August 13th, I found out their official Instagram handle has been deleted, and nothing is popping up. However, there is a similar page with the same videos, with the handle @ellesluxewig, which I think also belongs to them even though they have few followers.@MoremoneeBank

@MoremoneeBank DHL, that DHL lost their package, and that they were trying to retrieve it. They noted that DHL wants to refund them the money for the hair, but they will refund my money first. They asked that I send my account details, which I did. After that, they stopped picking up or texting

@MoremoneeBank I was already having doubts here that I might have been scammed, but I didn't want to believe it cause, at this point, I had already paid for the hair. I asked for the DHL tracking number so I could track my package the following Sunday. They said they had a challenge with DHL,
