Prospera Energy Inc.
(TSXV: $PEI | OTC: $GXRFF)
Prospera Energy’s latest financing update extends the maturity of its senior term loan by two years, from August 31, 2026 to August 31, 2028, subject to exchange acceptance.
The company is also discussing an equity financing of up to C$12 million. The strategic point is capital allocation: Prospera indicated that new equity could support production-focused capital spending rather than being used primarily to pay down the senior facility.
That would give the company more time to execute on operations while leaving the debt structure in place. The next milestones are exchange acceptance and completion of the proposed financing.

Inventus Mining Corp.
(TSXV: $IVS)
Inventus Mining announced an agreement Friday to acquire the Belfast-Teck Mag property package and historic Golden Rose Mine, located roughly 14 km north of its Pardo Gold Project.
The acquisition would add approximately 281 km² and take Inventus’ regional position to about 681 km². More importantly, the assets sit close enough to raise longer-term questions around shared roads, contractors, equipment and potentially centralized infrastructure.
Those synergies remain prospective rather than guaranteed, but the transaction gives Inventus a materially larger regional platform to evaluate alongside its ongoing work at Pardo.

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc.
(TSXV: $PTU | OTCQB: $PTUUF)
Purepoint closed a roughly $1.01 million flow-through private placement this week, issuing approximately 2.65 million units at $0.38 each.
Each unit includes one flow-through common share and one 12-month warrant exercisable at $0.50.
The financing itself is a capital event, not an exploration result. The useful follow-through will be how the company deploys eligible exploration funds and which targets receive priority as work advances across its Athabasca Basin portfolio.

Bitcoin Bancorp, Inc.
(OTC: $BCBC)
Bitcoin Bancorp’s Texas rollout is more interesting when viewed as a distribution model rather than simply a machine-count story.
Phase II added 80 licensed Bitcoin ATMs across northwest Texas, building on the company’s first 50-machine deployment.
The Tangem integration adds another layer to that model by connecting the physical ATM experience with hardware-wallet functionality.

Gold vs. Bitcoin
Gold and Bitcoin are both responding to the same macro conversation, but with very different volatility profiles.
Gold pushed toward a three-month high Tuesday while Bitcoin traded above $80,000. Both moves have been linked to fiscal concerns, Treasury-market policy and questions around the dollar. Watching them together can offer a cleaner read on the market’s demand for scarce assets.

West Point Gold Corp.
(TSXV: $WPG | OTCQX: $WPGCF)
Black Dyke is becoming a more important second target inside West Point Gold’s Gold Chain story.
The August 11 drill update reported shallow mineralization including 7.6 metres at 2.22 g/t gold and 16.8 metres at 0.90 g/t gold, both within 75 metres of surface. All holes in the reported program intersected mineralization.

Bitcoin Bancorp, Inc.
(OTC: $BCBC)
Bitcoin Bancorp’s operating model combines transaction revenue from its Bitcoin ATM network with a separate intellectual-property strategy built around foundational U.S. Bitcoin ATM patents.
The company’s May update also outlined continued expansion in Texas and California, giving BCBC both a physical retail footprint and a technology-licensing angle.

U.S. Closing Tape
Monday ended with a clear split across the major averages: the Dow rose 0.3%, while the S&P 500 fell 0.3%, the Nasdaq Composite declined 0.8% and the Russell 2000 also lost 0.8%.
Technology weakness drove much of the divergence as markets prepared for NVIDIA’s Wednesday report and Friday’s Federal Reserve speech from Jackson Hole. That leaves earnings quality and long-term rates as the next two major tests for growth stocks.
