@TUIUKcares @ellahillierxo I’ve had the same. Booked and paid for premium with seats confirmed as allocated together and notes on system say. Check in online and we aren’t together. Daughter suffers from anxiety. I’ve been offered a downgrade for free. This is also México. Not impressed 😡😡

@TUIUKcares I booked a holiday to Mexico, paid for extra leg room seats as a treat and there aren’t any seats left together, rang the call centre and they said that they count ‘2 window seats in front each of each other’ as sitting together. Contradicting your t&c’s online.
