The Circuit congratulates the Hon. Renatha Francis for her appointment to the Fla Supreme Ct. Judge Francis was appointed to the County then Circuit bench in the 11th Circuit. She was appointed to the Circuit bench in the 15th Circuit in 2019. We wish Justice Francis the best.
