I cook my own food so nakikita ko gano karami nasasayang and it helped me in downsizing my portions.
Drinking lots of water in between bites helps to feel full agad.
More choices of food but eating only a small portion of them

@theninaellaine Constant taking of supplements tapos more meat and greens, less carbs and starch... stablizing weight for now.. siguro maglolose weight ako with less sugar and less caffeine from softdrinks and coffee pero di pa ako ready to stop drinking them with my daily grind. More water too
