What’s the most embarrassing moment you’ve had an assistance dog owner?
I’ll go first. Once at the gym I was moving between equipment and Tudor licked the head of a bald man who was stretching on the floor
(He wasn’t working my PT guided me) mortified 🤣🤣
Always viewed myself as a descriptivist rather than a prescriptivist but just seen the coronation referred to as the ‘corrie naish’ and it’s made me feel a bit sick😅
“It was just friends having fun”. Gentle reminder that misogynistic jokes (which this categorically was) act as a barrier to women achieving equality and create climates leading to female violence. So yes, it is a big deal. https://t.co/wz9MtuIj2T
Apology starting with “If I offended anyone” is no apology. But this is Tiger. Never been a leader and he’s Teflon. Still heralded after all the mistakes so he’s learned nothing. Media focus always on miraculous recovery. Never why the need for recovery. https://t.co/nFkgo3xtWo
Turns out not everyone gets excited when spotting this now infamous viewing platform and block of flats…I discovered this while taking a photo and explaining to Cade the recent UKSC decision as we waited for our train.
Help! Do you have this @marksandspencer Xmas jumper age 10 or above? It’s only one my autistic twins will wear & I’ve found 1 larger one but need 2! If you have one you no longer need will gladly pay! Video of T (in jumper) singing Finnish folk song he taught himself last year.
@MeechSteph1 I’m so sorry to hear this, Steph, and even more frustrated to see some of the horrible comments under your tweet. Please know there are so many people who support you - I really hope HR/ your Union can offer support. Merry Christmas and thank you for your work as a paramedic xx
@MJillMorton@kev83mc@MartinSLewis We had the same situation - definitely worth contacting customer services and asking for some of the money to be refunded.
We have become aware of a documentary being produced by Brook Lapping Productions, on behalf of Channel 4 that is currently attempting to recruit transgender people and allies to talk about "the trans debate".
5/6 Please help us #MedTwitter - does this ring any bells? We would be so grateful for any suggestions!

4/6 I had a lactate level of 1️⃣1️⃣ and was told I should be dead or in ICU. I was trialled on a glucose drip and this appeared to calm my muscles and attacks. The medics thought they had nailed it - they believed I had Porphyria but this came back negative.

3/6 Ongoing symptoms: Visible muscular spasms all over body, facial twitching, muscular swellings in temporal lobes, electric shock sensations, intense pressure headaches, forehead swellings, severe abdomen swelling, paralysis from the abdomen, struggling to walk ⬇️
2/6 Symptoms during admission: Acute attacks of soaking wet, hair, sheets, clothes, electric shocks down my body, muscles visibly spasming in legs and face, shaking, heart up at 170, temperature, a raging rash, a metallic scent radiated from me.

1/6 House style call out to solve a medical detective case - I have been in hospital 7️⃣0️⃣ days with no diagnosis - imagine if this could be solved on social media! All suggestions of test ideas/diagnosis suggestions welcome. My story below ⬇️ #MedTwitter#MedicalMystery#NHS
@conniestitution Yes! I went back to Worcester for law dinner and 5 or 6 new Worc law students came over and said I’d been a team leader or staff member on an access programme they’d been on. It was the most amazing moment.
@conniestitution Second this!! Working for UAO was the highlight of my degree and I developed so many skills. Pay is decent and the team are all round good eggs 😊.
I entered the bathroom at Kush and a drunk girl had fallen down, hit her head on the toilet bowl and was having a seizure so I told her friends to turn her on her side. The girl next to me asked if I was doctor but I didn’t know how to tell her I know that from Grey’s Anatomy💀
Here is a lab lab!
Our lab here needs to wear PPE just like the people doing the science.
He is the service dog of a student in a chemistry professor's lab.
