Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No.6) Bill 2021 has passed both houses and is awaiting Royal Assent. It affects SMSFs and SAFs that have disregarded small fund assets and are 100% retirement phase for the entire income year - applies from the current 2021-22 income year.
