Week 3 - Day two- great company today! Getting our steps in before the cold snap tonight!

Week 3 - day 1 - sun was out but so was the wind! Not looking forward to the colder temps later in the week!

We nearly froze solid, but the conversation was great and the snow squalls made for a great lunchtime adventure!! Almost finished week two of our “movement challenge” Let’s hope tomorrow it’s sunny and mild!

Day 4 was a St. John’s winter day - rain,drizzle, fog with a side of slop! But the company was great! And made for a great break!

@daniellaviolet Love it!!! Get them steps in! We are doing a “move challenge” - and well, I’m game for anything that has any element of competition! My kids are shocked - they are like “Mom, you normally skip winter! And now your out walking laps for lunch?” Loves it!
