5. After I could no longer access the tickets, I got an email about the fee. I asked the seller why there’s a fee and requested proof that Ticketmaster is asking for payment. These are what she sent me:

4. This is what I received from the seller after she first transferred the ticket, before it started asking for the fees. Looks like she used the Ticketmaster app to transfer?

3. I was then asked to pay €50 per ticket for a “name change.” After they attempted to transfer the tickets again, I was asked to pay additional fees for “barcode activation” and now insurance. Is this normal?

2. The tickets appeared in my account, but shortly after they showed “Tickets on Hold”, and I could no longer access them.

1. I bought 4 regular tickets from someone, and they transferred them to me. I received an email from Ticketmaster saying the tickets were ready to be accepted, and I accepted the transfer.
