@vueling Rubbish. We missed our take off spot because they had to change crew. We were told the earlier that a previous crew member was sick and even then it doesn't explain why the crew refused to give out refreshments.
@vueling absolutely disgusted that after 4 hours of delay, being told the delay will last at least another hour, we've been on the plane for an hour and a half already, and staff are still refusing to allow customers food or drink for no charge. It's a legal obligation. VY7840.
