Day 1 sweet home Chicago surprisingly only five minutes to get through security! Had to have the Chicago mix of Garrett’s popcorn (cheese & caramel) then off to my sister‘s restaurant for lunch where we saw my nephew Isiah & his mom Nelly and then had a wonderful time!

My stepdaughter Annie and son in law Eric came down for the first time with our granddaughter, Zinnia, and my heart is still full.
My husband Brian’s family hosted a beautiful double baby naming at Temple Sinai in Hollywood.
After that, it was a total whirlwind in the best way.

In November I took a pause because of a shoulder injury.
Today reminded me exactly how much I have missed the gym.

It felt so good to simply move my body again.
Not chasing perfection, just showing up and feeling stronger with every rep.
