@GelatoLondon We queued over an hour to get in with our online tickets. People were getting faint in the queue. We then entered to find each stall had a good hours queue to get each sample. We asked for a refund, got refused it but still left and went to a gelato shop. Dangerous overcrowding.

@npowerhq you've sold debt for an account I never had, for a period I didn't live in a property, despite never contacting me. I can not get through to customer services as I don't have and never have had an account with you. I'd love an explanation and an apology.
@Hermesparcels you say you have attempted to deliver to my office today, concierge said you never arrived. Please stop doing this to people. It is not the first time that you have 'attempted delivery' at our office but never entered the building.
