I only tweet now when @united customer care does a bad job. Thankful that I was compensated 7500 miles for a 5.5 hour delay from a mechanical issue. But it’s OK because they gave me a $15 voucher to cover a spoonful of water and a chip!!!!! #blessed

Forgot what it was like to fly @united and was aggressively reminded with a delayed flight and no sign of letting passengers know until it was time to board. Oh, they need to change tires on a plane that hasn’t landed yet? Good thing they only delayed us 12 minutes. Such a treat.

@united I’d believe that more if the plane were at the gate for the tire change. It landed 20 minutes ago. Why would you schedule a plane that’s expected to land AFTER the boarding time for the next flight??
