@BritishGas has cut off my electric even though I’m in CREDIT.I called out an electrician who confirmed they’ve turned off my electricity supply. My son has just came out of hospital with CROUP. It’s freezing cold and has been off since 1.30! B.G are UNREACHABLE!It’s now 19.49
