I was thinking this morning about the Gilead patent on remdesivir, and I got to thinking that this moment in history might be open access 9/11.
And now this same guy is criticizing EFF and other privacy advocates because clearly the way to deal with those troublesome cars is police surveillance. He is such a smart boy!

@MsKatieKurtz I didn't know if you were familiar with Trow or not. But I'd fancifully describe his whole oeuvre as speculative nonfiction. It's nonfiction by definition, but it's also playing with signifiers in a way that feels very scifi-ey to me. This book in particular.
