@PSLBANTER @RealSkipBayless It's not an estimate. The ref has two watches, one just runs and the other is stopped when it's warranted. When the end of the half is reached the difference between the two watches is added. This can extend if another stoppage occurs. It's NOT an estimate but only the ref knows.
