@pokemondealsuk this is the only thing that has worked for me I have tried everything else and had absolutely no luck so thought I'd share just incase. this method I done literally just before sending you this so it might help a few people out :)
@pokemondealsuk hey dude! I just wanna share with you what worked for me (I literally just done this everything else hasn't worked for me)
step 1: clear your Google chrome cache and browsing history
step 2: log out of your Pokémon center account
step 3: access Pokémon center via the link provided in the email today and find the order as a guest.
step 4: put in all details manually again and change one minor detail (I change my phone number from mine to my girlfriend's)
@Crsriley@iRobinHD@pokemondealsuk I tried my girlfriend's this morning using multiple different methods wasn't having none of it. for some people this has worked though!
@iRobinHD@Crsriley@pokemondealsuk exactly I feel like we should have to miss out because they won't take our money. even if it "exceeds the limit" for some people who ordered from both drops they let them check out with the stuff in the first place
@Crsriley@iRobinHD@pokemondealsuk my etb order hasn't been cancelled never got through to support. it's just stuck in an endless loop of not being able to update the card payment no matter what. hoping a fix will come before the 15th have tried literally everything
@qvermeulen5@iRobinHD@pokemondealsuk second one went through having issues on my first which has the ETB. hoping I'll get to keep both but if I cant id want the one with the etb
@PhilScott101@pokemondealsuk i put a ticket in today they gave back generic information which might have been helpful any other time. but it done nothing this time opened a nothing ticket explaining this yet to hear back from them
@palmerova88@pokemondealsuk this was the order with my etb yeah. I got two drops in the second run both have gone through. just my first one that hasn't
