Shops have a limit on how many people can be inside at once. The number includes staff.

Naturally this can be hard to enforce. I was in one shop that had 20+ people inside when it should only have had 16. They've since put a staff member on the door.

Wyndham City Council has warned there could be delays at some point. From the website... "Given the tip has been closed for some months, we ask residents visiting to remain patient."

Gates opened at 8am today. I got there just after but only counted a dozen or so vehicles in about 15-20 mins. Mainly trucks, the odd ute with a trailer.
