Instead of expecting teachers to plan "online schooling" for the next two weeks or more can we just STOP! They have families ( siblings, spouses, children, parents) that need their attention too and to take care of themselves. ENOUGH!

Admin, don’t expect teachers to be in hallways positively interacting with students if you aren’t as well. Or worse if you ignore your staff while in the hallways. Model expectations.
