@realcarissas It's hard to wear a mask. But a lot of us do it because right now, it's the only way we know how to keep going. So many people relying on us to keep strong. All the while, we are slowly wearing out.
Scream, shout, swear if it helps you. Take some 'You' time. You have this :)
