Hi I’m Emily and I’m in Indiana. Four days ago, classes were canceled because being outside for more than 15 minutes would cause frostbite and other health problems.

Today, the high is 63F. I’m not wearing a coat, and I’ve got flip flops on.

@kaitlin_lange Will they fund land conservation programs, like for the Pres. Harrison Conservation Trust? Gov. Holcomb had $25M in his requested budget, the House reduced this to $15M and the Senate eliminated it altogether… Also, what will they do on coal ash rules (HB 1623)?
