@northernassist @thetrainline They said it was accidentally over booked. staff said we had to find our own way back. There were over 50+ people left stranded as it was the last train back to Manchester x

@northernassist @thetrainline we paid for return from Liverpool at 11;30pm to Manchester and we were left two females alone and told by the police and rail staff we had to find our own way home 20+ miles even though we had a ticket. Pls help as we had to pay £66 for an Uber home!
