@O2 I am also having trouble upgrading in general. Talked it through with an O2 rep yesterday lunchtime, agreed everything, went through t&cs. Was sent an email like to sign electronically. Put card details in etc but it just says ‘something went wrong’ or ‘your basket expired’.
