@Thebiglade It’s a HUGE blessing. I’m 58, got a bit of arthritis but nothing else. Parents are 78 and 81.. but if arthritis but nothing else. They come to the gym with me 3 x per week and lift. They are a bloody inspiration and I am so bloody lucky to have them.
