That aside, scratch nights are hugely beneficial for the development of new work and the opportunities can feel few and far between. For the East Mids @LincsArtsCentre and @igcmidlands have been great for supporting new artists with their Demo/Scratch nights.
A loss of scratch nights in the UK since the Covid-19 pandemic is having a "huge impact" on emerging artists, theatre leaders and producers have warned.

Girls on Fire is a work in progress that shows the story of Hannie Schaff and Freddie and Truss Oversteegen, three women fundamental to the Dutch resistance, who seduced and killed Nazi soldiers during WWII.
One of my favourite bits of this review is the Lincoln name check. I love my city and am so proud of Zest waving that Lincolnshire flag whenever it goes. Brilliant, nationally important work, is happening beyond the M25 everyday ✊✊✊
