@AskeBay Following up. I bought the @UPS label from eBay. UPS won't give me updates or allow me to file a claim cause they say eBay is the Shipper of record and eBay has to file the claim and @eBay won't do it because they say I have to do it. Had to refund buyer. Sort it out!

1/4 Yo @eBay I bought shipping from @UPS on YOUR site. Package was lost. No news since Nov. 19th. I contacted UPS over 20X being sent from one phone # or form to another to finally get an answer here on X that they wouldn't accept my claim as YOU are the shipper of record.
