@arturontheradio it's not even about rewards, it's about the fact that we can't just buy the missing stuff to complete our collection without buying like 20% of the bundle for the 2nd time. And Steam already has a solution to this!
@TweetingGaruga@ebissuu all they had to do was to make the bundles like every other studio does - it should be discounted based on what you already have. It was that easy...
@Twas_By_Design This. I feel shafted having to pay again for what I got in the premium deluxe when Steam supports bundles that get discounted further based on the parts of bundle you already have.
@monsterhunter Please fix the new bundles on Steam to take into account what we already have. I bought your premium super duper edition and the bundle should take into account what I already have, not make me pay for it twice because I made a mistake of supporting you...
@TheNibelsnarf I don't mind having to buy the rest of the microtransactions but they fucked up with the bundles on Steam not honoring what you already have. I don't want to buy the stuff I have for the 2nd time to get the rest cheaper...
@CelestialFlea@Theborgyman@Palworld_EN A thing can't be both optional and "as it should be". You're just contradicting yourself. Just make better descriptions next time
@Pirat_Nation That's the same Tim that put generative AI into Unreal Engine dev tools. I'm sure he has the greater good in mind and not his own bottom line
@thomasmahler sounds like you're making a game as a service, which a lot of people I think are tired of already
is it not simply an easy way out of having to make the game once and then just update? what about dev burnout - how long can you keep working on the same thing?
