@JustEsBaraheni You just gotta let go and let god with Kawhi man, I know you really want this but come on. Guidance from his reps? Ask for the moon, it’s on the team to say no? This is motivated by “let him play on my team”, not any reality of accountability/culpability.
@_utilitysports@DraftDeeper Man, I have about a dozen basketball follows I have to unsubscribe from with how bad their non basketball takes are. This is such an obtuse, irrational response I now don’t think I care what your hoops takes are.
@JustEsBaraheni If only he’d have done a dissolve to credits when Joker had his head out the window…would’ve been perfect movie and a great setup for the third one. Way too much movie after this part imo
@JoshEberley We’ve never been good at watching sports tbh, and modern fandom is predictably worse. What’s the point of being the best 1-2 in the league? Or arguing over where your two rank? It’s all so dumb…it actually means nothing and it (and similar ranks) are all people talk about now.
@HPbasketball Presti shares your view, which is why he is so frustrated with Thunder ownership re: Dort. He wanted to keep Dort although he isn’t “worth” it in any vacuum. It’s a double-whammy of evidence that team owners are the worst.
@coachnatebdraft I think I disagree, though not to contention. Someone else’s experience with someone isn’t predictive of what my experience with them will be. I have a hard time getting comfortable judging people that way from the outside, not saying that’s what you’re doing though!
@coachnatebdraft There might be a disconnect here in communication? Personal characteristics and discipline seems to be as important as anything with a prospect, but I feel like it’s unknowable as an outsider. Teams care, but they can find out. We can’t, so we probably shouldn’t talk about it.
