So I have an @Expedia account and I have a @hotelscomhelp account and the two companies are now one but after being on four calls for 20 minutes I found that I can’t merge the accounts. This makes zero sense. Maybe @thepointsguy can help?
@ExpediaHelp Just to note, per DM, @Expedia’s official policy is to not merge accounts that have different email addresses, even if everything on both account profiles is identical. @thepointsguy, any idea whether is is standard practice? Because it seems like pretty crappy customer service.

@SouthwestAir Sure, but the question is why this has to happen. Especially so late at night, what does it matter which gate you are doing to, when there are dozens of empty SW gates in a row? Shouldn’t be that hard to move a gate agent inside the terminal.
Sitting for the last half hour on the tarmac waiting for our arrival gate to open. How is it 2024 in the USA and we haven’t figured out the whole “GET A DIFFERENT GATE” thing that other countries do? Is this @BWI_Airport’s fault? @SouthwestAir’s fault? The @FAANews? Stupidity.
