Thank you @STN_Airport & @Ryanair for ruining our Christmas holidays yesterday. We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours before the departure time and we missed our flight because we queued at security for 1:45 h. A thread with further details:

@STN_Airport, if you were understaffed and couldn't properly operate the airport, why didn't you close the airport and cancel flights so people could get a refund or be relocated onto another flight for free? Now, all of us who missed the flight need to pay for a new flight.
