Just remembered in my primary school, we played a game which combined Red Rover & British Bulldog together

Basically just 2 lines of kids, linked by holding hands, who then smashed against each other. Whoever didn't break through the opponent's line then joined that line

There are very subtle nods to life within an immigrant family; enough to make me smile and tear up towards the end. I felt a lot of these might be too subtle for the average watcher, but the main underlying message is hopefully clear even in this simple children's cartoon (2/2)

I watched the new Disney Pixar film, Elemental, as I heard it was an Asian American story. I wasn't expecting much. In fact, I was expecting it to be just as disappointing as Strange World was. (1/2)
