my trip has been updated in the app to YYC-LHR on Sat. Why was my YEG-YYC leg not rebooked also? Why do I have to find my own way to YYC? I’m supposed to be rebooked within 48 hrs, there are seats on the WS002 YYC-LHR on Friday March 27. Why was I not rebooked on that flight?

booked on WS169 YEG-YYC Mar 25. Connecting to YYC-LHR. WS169 was so delayed that we couldn’t make connection, gate told us we were not allowed to travel to YYC, collect baggage and wait for email.
I haven’t received email with a rebooking. On hold 7 hours for help.

@ShayeGanam I drive this road 2-3 x/day. They keep ripping up newly paved parts of the road & are redoing landscaping. The $$ wasted on this project is insane. Don't even get me started that people can't turn right on a red light because a train that might never actual run might be coming
