Construction will take place at the Rosecrans Ave and Aviation Blvd intersection from Tuesday, June 2 to Wednesday, June 3, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day. Expect delays and consider alternate routes.

🚧 Road Closure Alert 🚧

The City has been advised by Metro of upcoming weekend lanes closures on westbound I-105 near Western Avenue for approximately half a mile beginning Friday, March 27 at 11 p.m. to Sunday, March 29 at 3 a.m.

El Segundo Fire Department has investigated reports of strong odors in the northwest of the city and determined that there is no hazard to the community. To report excessive odors, smoke, dust, or other air contaminants, please call 1-800-288-7664 (1-800-CUT SMOG).

Chevron's El Segundo refinery has notified the City that, until further notice, there may be safety flaring events as they restart operations in the southeast corner of the facility.

Dec. 23 & Dec. 26, the eastbound Grand Ave. traffic lanes between Indiana St. and PCH will be reduced to one lane from 9 am to 3 pm. The schedule may change due to weather, and work may continue into the next week.

Beginning Dec. 9, eastbound Grand Ave. lanes will close between Illinois St. and PCH from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be no left turns on PCH from eastbound Grand Ave. Work is anticipated to end Dec. 12. Please take a different route to PCH during the construction.
