I had some time on my hands thanks to the layoff, so I rebuilt my personal site

The first blog post is the article I wrote as part of my Chromatic interview process, where I build a little app to inventory all my books:

I’m using Tailwind for the 1st time on a client project and I can definitely see its usefulness & why people love it so much. I also know for sure it’s not for me on big, custom projects. After so much CSS over 15+ years I'm a faster thinker with a single class and a stylesheet.
How’ve you been filling your time since getting laid off, Dan?
The usual way: spending a few hours in the middle of the night making silly shit on the internet because I bought a domain name a decade ago and never did anything with it. Totally normal.

@adgodev Yeah, I'm not seeing here either:

Something else must have been going on. 🤦♂️
Thanks for the fact-check, you wizard you.
Dipping my feet back into WordPress to help out a site I built a while ago and ran into an oddity. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears:

@kyleshevlin I've started asking ChatGPT to write well-annotated outlines for things then writing against those myself in order to avoid the ick of full-AI-copy.
If I do go full copy, I send the result through a few times asking for it rewritten in “clear, plain language.” Usually helps. 🤷♂️
