They told you cancer is caused by the sun. What they didn’t tell you:

Vitamin D — produced only through direct sun exposure — is the single most important regulator of immune surveillance against malignant cells. A 2023 meta-analysis confirmed that a deficiency of vitamin D is associated with a 30-60% greater risk of colorectal, breast and prostate cancers.

They blocked the one thing your immune system needs to fight off cancer. Then sold you a chemical that goes into your blood and mimics hormones. Melanoma rates have increased 320% since 1975, the very time when sunscreen use became common.

The paradox has been put out. McGill University, 2023 “Melanoma and skin cancer rates rising, but so is sunscreen use”

They didn’t stop you from getting cancer. They have taken away your defense against it and charge you $14 a bottle.

15 minutes of full sun per day. Nothing on the screen. Face and bare arms. Your body produces 10,000-20,000 IU of Vitamin D in that timeframe. The dosage they sell you in pills because they blocked the free version.

My warning about ChatGPT accessing Apple Messages has now reached 425K+ views because people care. But I need to draw people's attention to this one.

I’ve written the full analysis because the biggest privacy problem is being missed, and some people are conflating this with other AI scanning tools and integrations.

One person can give ChatGPT access to an end to end encrypted conversation without telling the other person or asking for consent. iMessage is fundamentally different from SMS and messaging services that don’t provide end to end encryption.

If you’re going to compare this integration with something, compare it with giving ChatGPT access to Signal. Then imagine an investigative journalist using Signal to communicate with a whistleblower working inside OpenAI.

The journalist enables ChatGPT without telling the whistleblower, giving OpenAI access to a private conversation specifically intended to be inaccessible to anyone else.

This affects people who don’t use ChatGPT and may have specifically chosen apps like Signal, Session, and iMessage because they need private communications.

I explain why this creates a new surveillance capability, what Snowden revealed about the extraordinary scale of government surveillance, why end to end encrypted message content remains so valuable because those systems can’t read it, why governments have spent years trying to gain access to encrypted communications, what happens when private messages are routed through OpenAI, and why I wouldn’t build this despite having built some of the first security chatbots for messaging platforms.

I’m actually pretty upset Apple allowed this. While the feature is cool, the technical functionality that enables it is not cool.

If I was Tim Apple, OAI would be temporarily banned from the App Store until this is reversed, and here’s why:

I use iMessage because it’s quantum encrypted, with server keys I can own. Local caches are on devices that are encrypted with my passwords, not apples keys.

This makes it and computationally and legally impossible for anyone else to access chat history but the people I trust and directly communicated with.

But *now* the copies of my messages from years ago on *anyones* laptop in what is *supposed* to be an encrypted-at-rest local cache only can now be fetched directly by chatgpt without my permission or even knowledge and stored and processed in plain text forever on openai / Microsoft servers unencrypted and requested by any government entity at a moments notice without my knowledge and openai/Microsoft legally have to provide that, in federally enforced total secrecy. And they’re never legally allowed to admit they do it.

AND because of default chatgpt settings most people haven’t bothered to turn off, all those private texts can now be used for training and will end up in the weights of future models, so all future AI models will permanently know all of our private lives as a part of the weights, immortalized forever as training checkpoints.

Total architecture abandonment and user trust betrayal on Apples part. This should be the most viral story of 2026 by 100x. The permanent end of private communication in the US.
