Lisa became the first nonethnic Korean trainee at YG Entertainment—for all intents and purposes, pop star boot camp—when she moved from Thailand to South Korea at 14 years old:
“I had to start from zero, but I felt like I really wanted to do this.”

Did you know that Guinness World Records website has included LISA’s quote into their introduction of Blackpink
“It doesn't matter if we grow old or get replaced by a new generation as long as there are still people who remember that we shone so bright.” — by #LISA
Geo Law (London based illustrator) :
"Pinch me a thousand times and I still won't believe it...
For the @fifaworldcup Opening Ceremony for the USA I designed the artwork for the 12 meter inflatable sculpture as well as 20-plus cut-out illustrated landmarks used as props for Lisa's performance.
It was a surreal experience seeing Future and Tyla performing around the base of the sculpture I designed and then seeing #LISA weaving in and out of my illustrations with dancers moving them into position to the music.
It's the biggest and most iconic project I've ever worked on and thanks to balichwonderstudio, I can say I've ticked off a big project wishlist. I'm still floating and probably will be for the rest of the tournament"
